Know your worth

 Hey, There is a law in life that has been, is, and will always be true that is, "you will always be treated how you treat yourself." How you view yourself, how you talk, how you walk, and even how you present yourself is vital from what you get back. People will treat you the way you treat yourself.  

Now let us get real here, there are things you can never have control of, things like the climate of the day. If it is a rainy season for example, and the rain makes you moody or makes you view the day as bad then guess what? you can not have control of it, It will rain whether you like it or not.

But there is one thing that you can control and that is yourself. Using the same rainy example imagine two salesmen waking up to that rainy day and one of them wakes up yawns looking outside the window sees the rain and says, "oh no it is raining today I can not make sales today no one will be outside." So he slides back in his warm bed and continues to sleep. Now picture the other salesman, he wakes, up looks outside his window, and with a big grin on his face he says to himself "oh it's raining today what a good time to make sales everyone will be at home. (probably even the other salesman😃😃).

  So what is my point? your outcome and actions begin with yourself, how we do, and what we do is mostly on how and what we tell ourselves. What we view ourselves as to how we do things do not just happen they come from our attitude of things. 

The unsettling question now is how do we not let ourselves be controlled by external, uncontrollable things. Well, the first step is to always be aware of your attitude to be ready to keep it in check. There will never be a perfect day, perfect life, or where everything is in line. As I close let me leave you with this saying from  Robert Schuller's book 

"Tough times never last but tough people do."
